Crystal is a Licensed Massage Therapist, intuitive healer, and Lakota Reiki Master with more than twenty years of experience supporting clients on their healing journeys.
A high-honors graduate of Ashmead School of Massage, she has been practicing since 2003. Her path began with an internship at Providence Hospital, where she taught infant massage to new mothers at the Women and Children’s Pavilion and offered comfort and stress relief to patients and staff at the Colby Campus.
Her training spans an extraordinary range of modalities, including Structural Relief Therapy, Lomi Lomi, Gua Sha, QiGong, Polarity Balancing, and Amnion 1.
Crystal is a Trauma Informed Touch practitioner, bringing compassionate, safety-centered awareness to every session. She understands that healing is not just physical, and that for many clients, feeling truly safe is the first and most important step.
Each session is offered with care, respect, and deep attention to the individual needs of the person on the table.
Crystal’s gift for healing touch was awakened early in life and is deeply rooted in her Lakota heritage. As a Reiki Master, she channels healing energy through intentional breath work — the inspiration behind her practice name, Woniya Wakan, or Sacred Breath.
She works intuitively, attuning to each client’s body to locate what needs attention and gently supporting the tissue in healing itself. Upon request, Crystal also offers spiritual guidance and drum healing, extending the sacred into whatever form a client’s journey calls for.
At the heart of Crystal’s practice is trust. She believes that when a true connection is established, the body responds more fully — and the healing lasts.
Crystal meets each client where they are, helping them discover what they are ready and willing to embrace on their own healing journey, while honoring that every path looks different.
